Ms. Jennifer Tan is a distinguished fintech leader with three decades of senior management experience. She served as the founding CEO of AlipayHK from 2017 to 2024 and was the Executive Vice President for Greater Bay Area Strategy Development and Government Affairs at Ant Group from early 2021 to June 2025. Currently, she is the founder and CEO of Porrima Limited and a Senior Advisor at Ant Digital Technologies.

Jennifer holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and is a fellow of ACCA, ICAEW, and HKICPA. Her accolades include the Outstanding Women Professionals and Entrepreneurs Award (2021) and recognition as one of Fintech’s Top 100 Leaders by Fintech Magazine. In 2019, she was awarded ACCA Advocate of the Year for Hong Kong and Greater China and chaired ACCA Hong Kong in 2021/22. Additionally, she serves on the ACCA Global Council (2022-2025) and has been honored as a Chapter Honoree of the Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter at Hong Kong Baptist University, along with receiving the Outstanding Alumni in Professional Achievement award from the PolyU Faculty of Business.

A passionate advocate for fintech, Jennifer contributes to the sector’s future as a member of the Board of Directors for the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council and various organizations, including the Hong Kong Academy of Finance and the Hong Kong Computer Society.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she actively engages in community initiatives, serving on advisory committees for local universities and participating in youth empowerment programs. Jennifer frequently speaks at events, inspiring women professionals and the next generation to pursue careers in accounting and fintech.
