Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: A Study into Tech Brands’ Perception & Impact

Diversity and inclusion initiatives are becoming more widespread across organizations. However, some brands seem to believe that changing their logo a few times a year, or writing a couple of blog posts shows "solidarity" and is enough effort on diversity, equity and inclusion issues. In 2020, 256 Fortune 500 companies published data showing an overview of the percentage of minorities at their companies, but only 22 companies provided a full breakdown.
